Returns and exchanges for online purchases will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of your package.

The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping fees. Return labels will not be supplied.

Returns will only be accepted for unworn, undamaged, like new merchandise with tags attached for store credit in the form of an e-gift card via email that does not expire. Baily's reserves the right to refuse any return.

Please note that Baily's is a small, curated boutique with limited sizes and styles that are often not restocked once sold out. Therefore, exchange for an alternate size is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
